This 1998 Republican National Committee lapel / hat / vest pin is enameled in red white and blue on a gold-tone metal backing.  This exclusive, limited-edition lapel pin recognized the wearing as a 1998 presidential election year Sustaining Member of the Republican National Committee. The fastener is a butterfly clutch push pin. 

The pin is approximately 3/4" in diameter and is in excellent condition.  Pin much better than image shows.
